How to Create a New Micro Job on HireTalents

Creating a micro job on HireTalents is a straightforward process, and in just a few simple steps, you can have your job live and ready to attract the perfect talent. Let’s break it down step by step:

1. Choose a Category

Start by selecting the most appropriate category for your job. This will help workers easily find your task and ensure it reaches the right audience.

2. Target the Workers

Determine who should see and potentially undertake your job based on geography. You can set this using the following options:

  • International: Open to talents from any country.
  • Specific Countries Only: Limit your job only to workers from certain countries.
  • Exclude Specific Countries: Open to all, except for workers from specific countries you’d like to exclude.
  • Team-Only: This is exclusive! Only a team you’ve created will be allowed to undertake this job.

3. Job Details

In this step, detail out what you need to be done:

  • Title: Write a concise yet descriptive title for your job.
  • Steps: Describe step by step what the worker needs to do. The clearer the instructions, the better the results.
  • Proof Options: Decide on what you’d require as proof of job completion. This could be either in the form of a text description or an uploaded image.

3.1 Task Type

Choose how you’d like to review and approve the tasks:

  • Automatically Approve with Smart Code: This method uses a Smart Code, which is an embedded code in your website/URL. When a worker completes a task, the Smart Code verifies it in real-time, automating the approval process. This is especially useful for tasks where completion can be programmatically confirmed, ensuring you only pay for genuine completions.
  • Manual Approval: With this option, you will personally review, approve, or decline each task. This gives you more control over the quality of task submissions but requires a hands-on approach.

4. Pick the Worker’s Tier

Decide on the quality of workers you’d prefer:

  • No Tier (Free of Charge): Open to all, regardless of success rate.
  • Second Tier (+1.00 USD): Only those with a success rate of 97% and above.
  • Top Tier (+2.00 USD): The crème de la crème; only those with a whopping success rate of 99% and above.

5. Set Your Job Parameters

Finalize the specifics:

  • Determine how many people you want to complete your task.
  • Set the payment amount for each individual who completes the task.
  • Decide on the Time to Complete the Job. It should be between 1 to 60 minutes.
  • Implement a Hourly/Daily Limit. This allows you to set a ceiling on how many times the task can be done within a set period. If this limit is reached, your campaign will be paused until the set duration expires.
Set Your Job Parameters

And that’s it! Once you’ve configured all these settings, you’re all set to publish your micro job and start receiving results. Happy hiring!
