Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest quality and consistency in all retouched images.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and precise retouching.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and deliver exceptional results.
Work efficiently within project deadlines and manage multiple retouching assignments simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding and addressing their specific needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on retouching options and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Professional Photo Retoucher or similar role.
Proficient in industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong knowledge of retouching techniques, including color correction, skin retouching, and compositing.
A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to image retouching.
Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
