I work on any model of house design including the engineering details. If the request is with a high level of difficulty, then the cost will speak for itself. The process is, I create a building design concept as requested by the client, then I propose a concept that suits the request, then I make the planning drawings, namely the floor plan, then the building appearance, then the MEP engineering details and so on.
