At HireTalents, we’re continually striving to improve the quality of our platform and offer the best possible experience to both our valued workers and job owners. We’re excited to introduce our new User Tier System under the Micro Jobs section. This feature is designed to reward high-performing workers and to ensure job owners receive top quality work.

Unveiling the New User Tier System

We now provide three tiers for our users:

  1. No Tier
  2. Second Tier – for users with a success rate of 97% and higher
  3. Top Tier – for users boasting a stunning 99% and up success rate.

The success rate is a simple yet effective measure of a worker’s performance, calculated by dividing the total number of successful works by the total works done, and multiplying by 100.

Benefits of the New User Tier System

For job owners, this system means access to the best workers our platform has to offer. Opting for Top Tier or Second Tier workers reduces the likelihood of encountering low-quality work, saving precious time and resources.

Workers also stand to gain significantly from this new system. Top and Second Tier workers have exclusive access to tasks created specifically for their group, providing an opportunity to work on more rewarding and higher-paying tasks.

In fact, this new system ensures better minimum payment for higher tier users, with Top Tier users guaranteed a minimum of $0.25 and Second Tier users guaranteed a minimum of $0.16.

When creating a micro job, job owners can simply select the worker tier that best suits their needs. This selection can be made using our intuitive interface.
